We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, including boxes and protective materials, must be included
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For hygiene and quality reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items marked as Final Sale
Customized or personalized jewelry
Items damaged due to improper use, care, or accidents
Returns requested after the 14-day return window

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SYLverae is not responsible for lost return packages
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
