Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, including boxes and protective materials, must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and quality reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Items damaged due to improper use, care, or accidents.
  • Returns requested after the 14-day return window.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at sylverae@sylverae.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.


Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
